Bob's Place ~ Ashdown Arkansas

Bob's Place
Horseshoe Lunch Counter
Ashdown Arkansas
1910

Robert F Evans conducts a restaurant in Ashdown that is up to date in every way.  The choicest the market affords will be found on sale and this restaurant is familiarly known as Bob's Place.  A "horseshoe" counter is maintained much the same as will be found in many of the quick lunch rooms in the large cities throughout the country.
Mr Evans has been in business just about a year, and has been very successful.

The Daily Arkansas Democrat, Sunday 2/6/1910

Robert was the son of Edward T & Josephine Nolan Evans
