Charles Vivian Hopson

 



Private Charley V. Hopson, 23,   He was born at Cerro Gordo, Ar.  He registered and was sent to Camp Pike, Arkansas July 26, 1918, where he was assigned to Co. D. 4th Bt'n Replacement Training Center.  Previous to entering service this soldier was farming for his mother, Mrs. Fannie Hopson, near Cerro Gordo, Arkansas.

Edward R. Brazil

 

Corp. Edward R Brazil, aged 25 years, a son of G. W. Brazil of Cerro Gordo, Arkansas, was born at Winthrop, Ark.  He registered at Niame, La. and was sent to Camp Pike, Arkansas for training on December 17, 1917; arrived over seas in August 1918.  he is a member of the Canna Church, Baptist.  Previous to entering service he was station agent at Miane, La., with the Kansas city Southern Railway Co.
